1. Unless otherwise stated, all art on this site is owned and therefore COPYRIGHT © Katie Forgy and the Krystalixa staff. Adoptables, forum graphics, layout, etc. are protected by United States copyright, patent, trademark laws, international conventions, and all other applicable intellectual property rights and applicable laws. You may NOT claim this material as your own creation or use it for monetary gain. Adopting a Kreature from Krystalixa does NOT give you full rights to the image or other materials. If you are caught stealing artwork, legal action may possibly be taken.

2. Do NOT post adoptables or other graphics on sites that contain pornographic or racist materials, including but not limited to hate sites and pornography sites, or generally sites that are inappropriate for those under the age of 18. Also, do not link to such sites in the Cbox, news comments, or on the forum, or post profanity. Offending posts will be removed by staff and your IP address will be blocked after repeat offenses. This also includes spam.
3. Do not direct link to any of the layout images on this site.
4. You must be thirteen (13) or older to sign up for the Krystalixa forums. If you are under thirteen (13), you must under COPPA have parental consent to disclose personal information on the web.
5. Do not impersonate the staff or other users. This is an automatic ban from the site.
6. Do not use the forums or Cbox for defamation of another person. This is counted as spam or inappropriate material, and will be deleted. Repeat offenses will also result in an IP ban.
